Anniversary Card

I made this for my sister & BIL anniversary in July and am just getting around to posting it. I used my WWC & aqua painter to do the watercoloring; bordering blue, not quite navy, so safron CS; sanded background, summer by the sea, & warm words SS; HPH (antique brass) & dimensionals. This was the first time in a long time I actually made a card for an occasion rather than taking one from my stash. I've been doing a lot of stamping this weekend, so, will have more stuff to blog, but thought I'd share this oldie-but-goodie tonight.
