Happy SU! Anniversary, Kristine!

Sista Kristine is celebrating eight years as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator today!  I can hardly believe that!  She is pictured above on the left.  Notice her summer starfruit bag?  She is an awesome demonstrator, sister, sista and friend.  She has had some awesome workshops as of late and she has given me a bunch of Halloween cards to share with all of you!  Congratulations to her and we are thrilled that she is in our group!  She has been very dedicated considering she is a few hours away from our group, but she keeps that inspiration going in all of us!  Yeah for you, Kristine!  Sarah

Time to start thinking about Fall!

When the calendar turns to September, it is all about Fall decorating at our house.  It is heart of my busiest time of year, but I love everything about it!  Sista Kristine and I have been stamping this weekend and she created this awesome 3x3 love note for Halloween.  It's adorable!  Check it out in the new Holiday Mini Catalog.  There is a link to the right.  You will find all sorts of awesome products in this Howlstooth and Scaringbone Suite!  Thanks, Kristine!  Sarah

Lace Border Punch Video

Summer Smooches Suite

This product suite has been a hit with my customers this year.  This simple card took not time at all as the old olive and tangerine tango came together in a snap.  See page 81 of the new Stampin' Up! catalog and you will see more than just stamps... there is even matching fabric!  (This is a bit of foreshadowing since I have been using fabric quite a bit lately, stay tuned for that).  Enjoy!  Sarah

Field Flowers in Blue

This is one of my all time favorite stamp sets, Field Flowers (122760).  I squealed when I saw this card in blue.  What makes this card so unique is the DSP behind the flowers called First Edition (121878).  It's a very versatile DSP that you may not notice or think to use on your projects.  It's one DSP that has stood the test of time as this is it's third catalog appearance.  If you would like to order a package for yourself, contact me today!  Sarah

Congratulations to sista Angie, celebrating nine years with Stampin' Up!  today.  So exciting!  Angie is a very creative stamper and we are very lucky to have her in our group.  She is at convention here in 2011 pointing to one of her many creations that have made the display boards over the years.  Yep, she's a rock star!  Congratulations, Angie and thanks for your creative inspiration and friendship!  Sarah

Primrose Roses

The stamp set, Stippled Rose (126745) reminds me of the Cottage Rose, a stamp set from long ago.  Aren't these cards awesome?  The main color here is the in In Color, primrose petals, a new fave of mine. I love the new ribbon as well.  I love it when everything matches!  You may have also noticed that both cards above were created in part with framelits.  Both the Apothecary Accent Framelits (127003) and the Labels Collection Framelits (125598) are used with the Bigshot to make card making an whole new adventure!  You will find them on page 191 of the new Stampin' Up! catalog.  Sarah

Elegant Butterfly Punch

Have you had a chance to check out the new punch, Elegant Butterfly?  It's all the rage.  It even has a matching stamp set, Pappillon Potpourri (123757)!  Of course, there isn't a card these days that doesn't have summer starfruit... matched with midnight muse and you can see why!  All the credit goes to Sheila Jamison who I swapped with at convention this summer!  Sarah

Moving Forward

Stampin' Up!  has donated over 1 million dollars to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.  Our group of Stampin' Up demonstrators has enjoyed stamping with many families that have stayed at the house in our area.  We have donated stamping supplies and completed cards to the house and we are very excited to create with the new Stampin' Up! making a difference stamp set this year, Moving Forward (126320).  Feel free to contact me for more information! New Classic Ink Pads

World Treasures

Speaking of World Treasures, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANGIE!  One of the sistas is celebrating her 30 something birthday today!  Yahoo!  Have a great day!  The card above was a variation of the swap I created for convention.  I made about 50 of these gems, using different patterns from the DSP, International Bazaar (126920).  There are some wonderful color combos in this product suite so it was quick and easy to come up with some unique designs.  The featured colors above are tangerine tango, daffodil delight, and island indigo. The stamp set, World Treasures (126765) is so awesome!  It has become one of my new faves!  Happy Birthday, Angie!
