These cards are a few that I put together for Sera as we were working on her graduation workshop. They aren't very "graduationish" but they are cute. That sweet pea DSP would make anything cute of course, and with that entire pack, I could make 1,000 of these! Planning for a graduation workshop is no easy task when we don't have any graduation stamps... wait until you see what we came up with! Kristine

Sale-a-bration
These are two of the four card designs my customers will be making on Tuesday at my Last chance to Sale-a-brate class. My first class all on my own, wouldn't LeeAnn be proud?! I found a really cool tutorial on how to make the flowers on the "For You" card and just had to try it, hmm maybe that would be a good one to share at our next meeting?
I really like this Vintage Label set, especially with the clear mount blocks. They make it super easy to get the greeting right in the middle of the label, love it!

Pretty In Pink Princess Retreat
I just love looking at these pictures and seeing all of these busy bees. Angie and I decided to surprise everyone with a sewing project for one of our activities. Angie had it all organized and did a great job keeping things together. I offered my "pinto" sewing machine and the space and look at everyone just working away! After some aches and pains, everyone "bought in" and created their rag bags.

Pretty in Pink Princess Retreat
So once you get a bunch of stampers together, one would think that chaos would rule. They are right... hee hee! Here are a few pictures of the girls sharing ideas, stamping and swapping a few photos. Notice the awesome sweatshirts? We love them! The card above is a "wow" that Carmen shared! Isn't it awesome... and it's pink too! More to come! Sera

To oval or not to oval
Don't ask about the title, just enjoy the card and imagine all of the shaped punches that SU has that could be possible alternatives. Hee Hee. Sarah was all of the inspiration for this so the credit goes to her. It's a nice non-valentine use of the DSP. Thanks for the compliments! In changing subjects... what a great stamp escape we had. Thanks to everyone for being such great sports. We sewed. I know, crazy eh? A little push out of the comfort zone never hurt anyone... I'll share the photos soon! Sera

Die cut fun!
Tonight I had a few ladies over to see what the Big Shot can do. And of course, the big shot wowed them without much work. In fact, an idea surfaced, how about a die cut night every month? I am going to call it "Learn to use your die cut night!
I wanted to show these ladies how the moves and shaper die works. This would work for a graduation card, without a graduation stamp!
Last weekend, we had our annual stampin' sistas demo retreat! I am sure there will be a posting soon with our "big project". I am going to post a very awesome card with some sweet pea paper and a "twist" on the top note die! Ask your demonstrator for details!!!

Card kit gift
I've been working with items in the SAB mini catalog and I came up with a hostess gift and door prize for my workshop tomorrow evening. The cards are below and one of the "cases" is above. I will demonstrate the other to the group. These cards are simple and clean and I chose the DSP in the mini catalog to make easy thank you cards that showcase the punch as well.
